So, because I'm a giant sap and can't wait for the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows movie to come out, I've decided to have a monstrous read-a-thon of all seven books, starting today and going up until November 19th, when the first movie debuts. That's 7 books, 199 chapters, in 20 weeks. Can we do it? :D

i LOVED the books, but thought the films were shite apart from Alan Rickman's appearances :-) you can do it EASY chick, tiggy believes in you :-) X X

I was in Grade 8 when my friend gave me her HP book to read. I didn't want to, I was going to skim it, but then the first paragraph hooked me in for the long haul:)

HP ended for me when I finished the seventh book. I've never been happy with the movies, and nearly walked out of the third.

I admit, the 7th movie is making me curious and thinking about maybe one day watching it and movie 6 though.

Good luck with your reading my dear! LOL, I still haven't made it through Good Omens after 6 months ^.^

Reading lists definitely help though. It is entirely possible to get through entire books in a week (damn university English classes!)
