This totally combines two of the things that I have fallen in love with on a major scale lately: Ben Folds + Death Cab (okay, it's a stretch, as it's really Postal Service, but work with me here.)

MUCH LOVE.

I think it's a tribute to the pure awesomeness of this song that Ben Folds, who does such weird things with the songs he covers, couldn't really do anything new with this song to make it better -- it's really just a straight rehash of the original, almost. (well. except for the piano). And a tribute to BF that he recognized that.

also, have you noticed that as he ages he looks more and more like Elton John.

I could never get into DCFC, but I REALLY love Ben's cover. But of course, I heart Ben a LOT.

And you don't know HOW HAPPY it makes me that I totally got you into him. SERIOUSLY, that is awesome. Especially since I know how important music is to you.

Hey, if we could ever somehow swing it, some way, some how, we should go to a Ben Folds concert together because that would so kick ass haha.

That song actually makes me cry, even with what he did to make it a remix sort of sounding thing. Oh wellz, I'm a hormonal emotional mess. what're you gonna do?
