spring in my yard

Sometimes I love my homestate and where I live. I don't love my home town, but that's a different story about people and not climate. I don't live there any more so it doesn't matter, anyway.

oh, i loved this auburn, thank you! there's not enough funny, sweet, and still intelligent sark/sydney fic out there and 'bad wigs and black leather' was really the first that made me sit up and go 'that so works! they can be funny and amazing together and not always so angsty and doomed!'

what i love the most about this continuing saga is how you manage to balance sark and sydney's badass aspects with this exhilarating sweetness between them. i love how you show that they enjoy each other's company and genuinely are a good match.

my favorite parts of Lisp was how sark held her in the elevator and rebuked her gently for banging her head on the wall. watch me turn into a puddle. and the part where he cups his hands around her face to kiss her is just so simply beautiful and touching. i love those little quiet moments of intimacy. i also love how your sydney and sark have such a terrific sense of humor both individually and about each other. it's such an inspiration. thanks so much for this lovely monday present! in honor of your fic ( ... )

Everything you said means so much, because I actually think Complicity does it better. This is a little over the top, while your story has a perfect light touch without getting frothy and silly.

That said, I'm glad you liked the slightly more emotional tone this one took, as the little devil started showing some more tender feelings toward the end - not something I planned.

For the record: I'm starting on your shrine now.
I think I actually kicked my legs in the air while giggling uncontrollably.

You already got my feedback in the original version, but you should know that the additions were wonderful, perfect and absolutely stunning.

I have this "must-hug-Auburn" urge again. I really can't help it.
(But, remember that threat I made at the end of the fic? It still stands.)

The lisp? The LISP? How hysterical. And Weiss! And the Curse! This was just the kind of fic I needed to lift my day. Thank you--you've put a little smile on my face..

At least no one was pretending to be a Spaniard.

It did seem like a good thing to post on a Monday - though for once mine was pretty good.

1. You can have peach trees! That must be nice. No peach trees where I am. Cherry trees sure. It's actually really beautiful we've got the cherry blossoms (they started early in February this year).

2. Oh MY GOD! That was totally what I needed today! Although all that teasing about what was going on in the corner between the three of them... and you STOPPED! ARGHHHH!!!

3. Yay, you had time to bless the LJ world with another piece of Auburn-brilliance (it should be a word I tell you, it should!).

Yay hurray. I love your sense of humour. It's definitely different, and variety is good! *g*

It was the fake snowballs. The Lord of the Underworld was not pleased.
