yes it is...and i also said it over the phone too....thanks again for being there last night, i really do appreciate it, beyond what I could possibly say....I don't necessarily feel better, I mean, I'm still really hurt, and it did feel good to get this stuff out in the open....so I dont really know where I am right now....
