Choose your own adventure: Audrey's Job

I've been germinating a few ideas about where to go next on the job path, or at least what to work towards, but one of the things I realize is that I might want to cast a wider net than just "things Audrey can think of". So hey, if any of you are game - what jobs/careers can you think of that fulfill these qualities

That's a bit broad. Usually most consultants actually have some sort of area of expertise, or at least some sort of resume point that SOUNDS like an area of expertise.

What's mine? "Wrangling monkeys"? "Writing crappy SQL"? "General biology/healthcare/computer jack of all trades who learns quickly"? (The last one is true and possibly useful, but not very marketable.)

Your last one's the one I'm trying to make work right now, too, only minus the computer skills and plus a PhD that I hope will be helpful one day... :)

- lasts short amount of time
- computer use
- bay area
- core group of people you work with
- no extra schooling
- known solutions to problems
- outdoor work
- local travel
- translating between groups
