Every once in awhile you really have to marvel at technology. They have cell coverage in the BART tunnel to SF now. So I just sent an email, from my phone, using the cell network, while in a train that was going through a tunnel underneath the San Francisco Bay.

Pretty amazing.

Stupid DC Metro sold out to Verizon with an exclusive deal for pico-cells in the major underground stations. Though the exclusivity may be expiring soon.
