i agree, you seem, at times, a little too self-less. perhaps a shift into the other side of the spectrum would be health. this does not mean to just start yelling: "SHUT THE FUCK UP AND DONT TALK TO ME, I NEED MEEEE-TIME! FUCKER!!" but to just take a step of two back. (but not against the wall, as i do. i am not healthy either, you see. i need to be more self-less.)
