i guess that's because we've been "scanning" this WECC map for about 3 months now. And it was done about 2 months ago... But it seems there's nothing else to do, so we're told to just continue doing it. Scan it again. Sextuple-check it.
this is why i have a new job now. this is why i'm only putting in 4 hours a paycheck over here. i can only sit on
