Your Daily Moment of WTF

Had a great vacation the past couple weeks, even though it was a bit exhausting - I think I need a vacation from my vacation! Can't post too much about it as I'm being attacked and whined at from every corner. But, for now, this thought...

Why does it take a month or two to lose 10 pounds, but you can gain it all back in less than two weeks?!?

5lbs of gained weight is always water weight. Which will also come off quickly.

I've found that when i've been strictly dieting and depriving myself, when I go off I go off HARD. And stop exercising. So the lbs just pile back on. Sucks, but it happens.
If you really want the answer to why its harder to take off weight than gain weight - check out www.fourmilab.ch/hackdiet -- very good scientifical discussion of weight loss, for smart peoples like us.

That's why you don't deprive yourself... and we were made to have fat. Remember that two of men's favorite parts are all that! Yay curves!! Oh wait...

Speak for yourself... the only parts of me that are really "all fat" are *not* Chris' favorite, I'm quite sure... ;-p
