Sure, go right ahead! Some of them are from other people, but others are from websites that make blinkies. I have credit for some on my info page, so you might wanna go ahead and credit on your too, just in case.

I actually got it from a community that does pre-made layouts. It's called layoutz4you, there's a banner/link thing at the bottom of my userinfo. I think it's called the blue stars layout. She give you all the codes and everything. She made my Friends Only banner first from a request I made in babyicons, and then when I saw the layout she had made, I grabbed it because it went PERFECTLY with my banner.
