So today went pretty well. I woke up at 8:45. make 3 eggs, tried not to the yokes. I think i one though. also had a . Then i did the YRG workout. I got my work cut out for me, the yrg was harder then i remember, but that just means i got more weight to lose. at work, i didnt eat any pizza, big ups! i had a ceaser chicken wrap. with 2 pickle
