Oh yes. there is another thing. My kitten, Sense, she is quite old (mom says 16 to 17). well, the doctor has put her on a antianxiety med. We have to give her rescue remedy and we have to keep our house smelling of lavender to help calm her(oh no! hehe ( Read more... )

Crying?
Wow. Sophie only ever did that when she was REALLY sick.
Be vigilant to make sure the urination problem, if it persists, isn't related to kidney failure or something.

The urination hasnt continued. She still isnt happy, I feel like i'm just sedating her, I dont know if that is because she is still adapting to the meds or if she is just feeling sedated. If nothing else I've bought myself time to figure out was is best without getting evicted due of her urination.

The Doc says the crying is a sign of her senility. Sadness.

Poor Sense kitty. Even though she sometimes seemed like pure crazy...she's fun to be around. If it is at all possible...give her a gentle hug for me.

I'm sorry she's unwell. That is very hard to deal with when it's a beloved pet of many years. Sending warm fuzzies your way. :)
