Update in Short Sections

- Been away from Merlin Land and my other comms and feeling really bad about it :( Long story short is that uni really drove me down this past semester; I feel like a complete and utter failure because I didn't get a placement and a lack of sleep/good food/rest time fried my brain. I did have a lot of computer problems but the main reason I haven't been able to post is because my brain was convinced that anything I had written or typed wasn't what it was. Even if I wrote my name or a simple sentance I was convinced I'd written something horribly offensive and that people would read it and hate me and if I read through it fifty times I still thought I'd written something else and having panic attacks about it. So updating Merlin Land was impossible because I'd have spent hours reading and re-reading every post and every comment.

- Luckily I'm starting to feel more stable again and I'm back to posting. I move out of my flat as soon as I can work out how to get my stuff home (hopefully on Monday) and I can't wait to see the back of this place and be home. This flat has so many bad memories for me I think it'll do me the world of good just to get away from them.

- I have nowhere to live for my final year. I did have someone I was going to move in with and met up with the other people who would have made up the group on Thursday and turned down the invitation on Friday. My asthma wouldn't have been able to cope in a house with three smokers (and one who has just given up and who could start again) where apparently two of the group are extremly lazy (sound familiar?) I think I might have shot myself in the foot there but hopefully I'll find someone - even if it means moving in with strangers.

- I now fully understand why sherrilina is so angry about Merlin. Oh River/Amy - it was a good ship while it lasted *insert rant about writers here* though it wasn't as much of a retcon I'm still annoyed about it!

- Uni have been in touch looking for Dan (I don't know his address but I'm sure they'll find it) - they are sueing him for a little over £1100 for not paying his tuition fees for re-taking his first year. I doubt they will give up like I did!
