That's one of the big reasons I never finished this. Just too much heartfail. And I was only working from canon. I wasn't even shoehorning in extra heartfail. His life just sucks.

If it didn't happen on the rez (likely. since it's very tiny) then the Forks cops would've been the ones called for the accident, and... yeah. No, never good, though if it was Charlie, Billy would have no reason to suspect.
