Kittens and puppies

Animal Control came today about the rooster the Downstairs Neighbors had tied up in the backyard. I guess it was okay that they had it, just not okay that they had it tied to a tree. Their dog was also tied up, as usual. Supposedly it is illegal to keep roosters, dogs, or any other animal restrained for extended amounts of time in San Francisco

Yeah... it's totally illegal to keep things tied up for very long everywhere. Lots of animals die because they can't get out of the sun. It's really sad...

I'm thinking of getting Kat von D to tattoo a Dakota face on me. Hahaha...
