Tonight, I dined on sweet corn and more sweetcorn. Ah, I did finish off the bit o' cantelope from this morning. The 6 forgotten ears had sat in a plastic bag since last Satyrday. It was the excitement of finding some superior sweet horseradish pickles

Put the cukes in vinegar, and sooner or later, you'll have pickles.

I've a bottle of displeasing white wine which will turn to vinegar.
This could be a long process. But the result shall be some industrial-strength pickles.
