Sick of "have it your way" eateries with a clientele of the pickiest customers, I've often mused about a few single item entrepenurial ventures for the no-nonsense diner. None ever came into fruition (or legumtion)

* Hot Black Coffee, one size, one buck (dollar bills only),
one cup, one lid, one per customer.

* Feeling a little more creative and adventurous "
Lunch 1969" peanut butter and jelly sandwich on Millbrook
bread sliced in fours with a glass of whole milk. No carry-
out. For your viewing pleasure, reruns of "Hollywood
Squares" and pre-Alex "Jeopardy."
