Don't forget you saw the really twisty road too.

Also you need to see:

Gays (Castro St.)
Asian gangs (EVERYWHERE)
Dreadlocks that are so long they brush the ground (This may be more difficult)

Anyway you should also rent or buy the movie "Homeward Bound II: Lost in San Francisco" and just carry it around with you so nobody thinks you are a tourist.
