Sometimes I feel like Im missing something when I read other Lj's too, like we don't have much of a schedule either...we just kinda do whatever and have a general time to aim for for nighttime/waketime/naptime.

And then you think you got it down and all of a sudden there will be a "bad night" for no reason at all...or at least none you can figure out.

oh that makes me feel better! I was getting a little worried about our lack of routine. I will do a routine when she is older, I think but not really now.

It's hard, but we just shoot for sometime between 8:30 and 10 for bedtime. I know that's a long stretch. But all that depends on how his nap(s) were during the day...or if he even took a nap. And sometimes I want to go to TArget, and I just go, even if it's during his "naptime"...And sometimes I want to just go get out of the house.....and if his sleeping in the carseat/carrier counts as a nap...welll....sometimes that's late.

I guess it's good he's getting used to sleeping in different places??

It won't last forever. I seriously doubt he'll be five years old and waking every two hours to eat. Or six hours. Or throw me for a loop and do every forty-five minutes. Or three hours.

Happened to me Sunday. I figured it was because she hadn't pooped all day.

Oh man, you read my mind. I've been worried about our lack of a schedule. At 7 weeks, we have almost no semblance of a schedule, other than having her in bed around 10-11.

I was feeling really bad about it, everyone else seemed to have it all figured out already.
