The lure of the pretty pictures is strong, and yet...

Yesterday I felt awesome bccause I merely saved all the pictures of Dean's face to my HD instead of sharing them with the faceless masses like an excited five year old. Tumblr is a slippery slope and I'll vote 'no'. xD

I've got but don't really use - I don't understand tumblr and it frustrates me that you can't comment unless someone follows you back. But I pop over there occasionally to look at the pretty (yet small) pictures.

The pretty pictures call to me! But do I really need another place to fangirl? Is it worth uploading all my art again (though I'm told uploading is lightning fast over there)? SO MANY QUESTIONS! D:

For art I'd say no because as I understand it, there are size restrictions which mean art cannot be seen in high res to its best advantage - but maybe you should ask an artist (like Euclase) who uses it regularly?

I have one for art and one for food pics. It's no substitute for LJ with it's horrible user interaction, but it's a good place for posting and looking at pics.
