update on fandom status <3
Hellooooo my lovely friends list. <333 :D HIATUS OVER--I spent a long time doing a lot of housework and writing and still not sleeping. SOMEDAY I WILL ACTUALLY SLEEP MORE it'll be amazing.
ANYWAYS, this is actually something I wanted to post on Friday before my internet died on me:

WHITE COLLAR
I am super excited about this show coming back. SERIOUSLY SERIOUSLY SUPER EXCITED. I'm looking forward to finally getting some backstory, and aklsjdfiaosdf NEAL oh my goddddd NEAL HOW IS HE GOING TO COPE?? I hope the writers do an amazing job developing his character and hell--not just him, EVERYONE!!! I'm really excited for Peter to realize the greys in the ranks of his esteemed federal agency and asdfasllks HAS ANYONE WRITTEN AN EPIC YET IN THIS FANDOM? SOMEONE PLEASE POINT ME TOWARDS IT.
Meanwhile, I have a TON of catching up to do reading-wise. With like, two months of school and a month of being utterly distracted, I admit I've been terrible. But you should see comments creeping in from me slowly. <33
Along the same lines, also have idk--about two fics that I'd love to get written. One is a follow up to Burnout that I've been writing slowly in my head--it just needs to find its way onto paper. xD Another is a shorter pre-show piece that's been bothering me for a while. AND WHILE WE'RE ON THE SUBJECT OF WRITING--I've actually been writing a few prompts for elrhiarhodan's commentfic game in effort to get myself geared back up to be writing properly for this fandom again. <333 I'll pull together a collection of them and throw them up on the writing journal later.

So I'm still abysmally behind in this series BUT AT LEAST NOT AS BEHIND AS I WAS BEFORE THURSDAY. Watched a couple of episodes with poutmeter Thursday night and WOW did we ever come across the perfect OT3 in this fandom. Keep all of your Kida/Mikado/Anri--SHIZUO/CELTY/SHINRA IS WHERE IT'S AT BABY. Seriously though--Shinra/Celty is so effin adorable, Celty/Shizuo have some serious chemistry, and even though we haven't seen them interact much (or at least up to the point where I am, haha), Shinra/Shizuo would be HILARIOUS AND PROBABLY PRETTY AMAZING. Can you imagine the headaches (???) Celty would get trying to keep Shinra from annoying Shizuo into a murderous rage every day?? PERFECT, OKAY.
Meanwhile, I still have this post-apocalyptic piece as a WIP that I'm a little hesitant about touching for the moment because I haven't caught up properly--but the moment that I'm caught up, YOU BET I'M GOING TO BE WRITING IT. The lag for this fandom is just a matter of me getting caught up and since I'm planning to marathon the eps with poutmeter over the course of like, hopefully the next week--you should be seeing some activity from me fairly soon. :) I still need to catch up with the few fics posted at kidaxmikado and maybe take a glance at the Drrr kinkmeme later. JUST. MAN, THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE HOURS IN THE DAY SO I CAN DO EVERYTHING I WANT TO DO. ;_;

HAHAHAHAHA I BET WITH ALL OF THE MENTION OF MY OLD FANDOMS MAYBE YOU THOUGHT I WAS WANDERING AWAY FROM THIS FANDOM.
NOT A CHANCE.
You can't get rid of me that easily. 8| PLUS I'm pretty sure if I were to wander too far, some certain people would lure me back with their crazy good writing (seriously guys, I have never been so spoiled with such a steady stream of amazing writing). Or drag me back--except it wouldn't so much be drag as much as me babbling happily and frolicking along behind them into the land of The Pacific while they roll their eyes and wonder why they put up with me.
I have like legitimately 3000000 thousand WIP's for this fandom. Thinking about all of them kind of makes me cry a little bit--BUT OUT OF SHEER JOY BECAUSE I LOVE THESE BOYS TOO MUCH. AJSKDFALSDF.
As for right now, my primary WIP is throwing the boys of The Pacific into a college setting as a fraternity because clearly WE ALL NEED MORE OF THIS IN OUR LIVES. OR MAYBE IT'S JUST ME BUT MOSTLY IDC, I AM WRITING IT ANYWAYS. I ACTUALLY GOT A LOT OF IT WRITTEN OVER THE WEEKEND--the first part of this multichaptered beast will be showing up sometime very soon. <33 I AM WORKING ON IT AS WE SPEAK.
Also, roadverse etc etc because IT NEVER ENDS. 8|
