The chicken sausages, are those Al Fresco brand? Kroger was carrying them briefly but I think they didn't sell well. Turns out, the chicken breakfast sausage with vermont maple syrup is hella low sodium even though they didn't think to tout that fact. I've also seen 'em at Busch's but I like to have options since Busch's is on the other side of A2!
Actually, they're the store-made ones at Whole Foods. Since they put one in down the road from work (Ann Arbor-Saline and Eisenhower), I've been hitting that place for special/select stuff. I like their sausage there, so I usually get it from them. I think they're the Chicken Apple Maple breakfast sausage in the meat case. They didn't taste overly salty to me ... I'll try and remember to grab nutrional info from them next time I'm in.
