I used to have an ex-boyfriend/adult-abortion candidate who would stalk me, even being so desperate as to search for my LiveJournal to find out where I was planning to go. So my privacy is motivated more out of "block the crazies" than "unobtainably special and secret." Once I started logging his IP address I was able to get the prick to stop harassing me.
