is that you can go read your friends' friends' entries and find excellent surprises. i just read one such entry from an academic whom i've never actually met but have heard stories about. this person had just received an essay with the word "gonad" in it, which was deemed to be contextually relevant but too informal for the paper. i'm assuming

Yes, I thought of you when I read that. Undergrads seem to have gonads on the brain. Or gonads for brains.
