i've had this before, it freaked me out immensely, and always happened after a particularly creepy nightmare. it's nice to know there's a -possible- scientific explanation for this... =)

Yeah it's a lot less scary when you find out it's actually quite common and that it is a known phenomenon. Good thing I had it at home and not in camp, otherwise I would have really freaked out and not been able to sleep lol
