my favorites....what was YOURS?

My favorites: (listed here, because I took photos of the food, and I have to do SOMETHING with them):

Filet mignon meatball, with a quail egg on top. I have ALWAYS wanted to try a quail egg, and I was SO happy to learn that they taste just like a chicken's egg. Now I want to eat them all the time, because they are so damn cute.

The bottom was a vanilla Panacotta served with a tweel. I took notes.
