I was having a lovely sleepy morning, after a long and exhausting week. And then I made the mistake of skimming over FB. I think we just have to struggle through as best we can. Getting the knowledge out there is a big step. Taking the little steps is OK, too. Some days, that's all I'm up to.

It's a horrifying thing he's doing, and the isolationism and xenophobia will lead nowhere good. I'm heartened to hear you and other allies from around the world are adding your voices to our protest. *hugs*

I'm trying to do something political everyday, but end up doing multiple emails, petitions, phone calls every other day or so. It's extremely disturbing how many things there have been to respond to already. On a brighter note, there also has been a strong, sustained response from many people.

I'm not doing as much as I'd like. I have to figure out how to deal with making calls - I have plenty of time on my walk to work, but I can't do it without having a script in front of me, which isn't really workable when I'm walking, with all the traffic noise and everything.
