A lot has happened in the last 48 hours. First, Jonna took me to a moldy house, then to a tiny house, and then to a house that was so new to the market there weren't even any pictures up on line. The latter was more of a might-as-well type of thing, since I had no idea what it would be like, but the price was good and it claimed to be in move-in

Similar thing happened to us. We saw our place the second day on the market...but we waited on the offer and then it went super fast when we did.
