I'm hungry.

I'm fasting for a blood test this morning. 12 hours. Would have taken it at 8:00, but I didn't eat dinner until 8:00 last night. For fasting hunger, I recommend taking bites of skipmagic. It doesn't count.

For tingling? Well, I am thinking biting skipmagic might make that part worse.

HHmmm...quite a quandry....

Well, at least fasting is much better than slowing...I hate it when I have to slow for a blood test.

Feel solidarity with your jewish brethren and sistren. Today is Yom Kippur, and millions across the globe are fasting as a purification ritual. :)

For purity, I don't think one day is gonna cut it.

MUTHAF$@%#&!

My veins wouldn't give it up.

I have been sent away to drink water.

I'm supposed to return in an hour.

Meanwhile, my coworker says the water won't work. She says to go back down NOW and ask them to draw it out of my HAND.

OY. (A nod to my Jewish peeps.)

I can't decide which is worse.

Yep, and blood sugar.

I finally succeeded in getting my veins to give it up (now would be a good time to mention that I have a slight needle phobia - basically they make me cry), so I'm bandaged on both arms (and sore on one), and happily eating my lunch.

Woo!

I have an intense needle phobia.  But, lets keep that between the two of us.
