so around 7:45 my room mate (after a little convincing) decides to start setting up her new PC. Everything is going fine and dandy until it cant detect the internet. so then she calls comcast and spends about an hour on the phone with them, they finally say its not us call compaq, calls compaq after much troubleshooting and whatnot, they tell her
