I guess I'm finally growing up. I am now a homeowner. I am in my new condo getting settled this weekend. Most of the stress is gone and now I can enjoy living here. It's unfortunate that I will have to take on a second job to pay the mortgage but it should only be one day a week or so. Things are good.
