Well, I agree. But it isn't any more hopeless than most of the rest of the world. It isn't like these people and their agenda only exists within the borders of the US or that it's an American idea and Americans mean to take over the world starting with their own country. After all, it's a New World Order they're aiming for. A One World Government. It's where the European Union and the United Nations came from. And where the American Union will come from.
