As someone who had been "nice" once has since learned.. Be Smart.
Especially if you got one iota of "hmm.." about the other opportunities.. since they might be what you need.

I agree with smart - it doesn't hurt anything to go on an interview - you may not be interested after you do or if you are, you can worry about your conscious at that time. :)

I wouldn't pass up any opportunity that comes your way right now till you are firmly entrenched in the great job that you will be getting.

It isn't mean or selfish to practice good self-care, in this case finding satisfying work that pays you well both in the green stuff and in the happiness factor.

As far as your reputation... if I recall, you aren't planning to stay in this field longterm and you are badass at your job. I bet your reputation is pretty rock solid right now and a tiny little ding from accepting a position then saying "sorry I just got a better offer on the table and I'd be a fool not to take it" isn't going to leave you scarred.
