I wanted to be a chef once. I been workin in kitchens before i went to the coop and i did enjoy it. The head chef (Craig) was teachin me how to do alot of stuff. But b/c my hours were gettin fucked about i had to quit. It was fun. I'm gettin more and more in to chinese cookin. As i love chinese and when i do cook i enjoy it more when its something along those lines.
