Before FoodTV and such, there were only a few cooking shows I'd watch.
Wok with Yan(Some very punny eps and aprons :D), Yan Can Cook (He does APPEARANCES? OMG! :D) and Urban Peasant.
Sadly, Mr. Urban Peasant died a few days ago

I'm sad too. James Barber always seemed to make you feel that you were invited into his home, to join him not in slaving over a hot stove, but in creating and in having fun while creating. It was a privilege just to watch the show.
