that's crazy...al of it's mad.

firstly, i laughed hard at teh fact that a teenage kid has never had to send a letter through regular mail...and i remember when it was just called mail...not snail mail or anything like that.

the rest of the list amazed me...i remember Challenger blowing up, I remember watching Tomorrow's World on TV and finding out about the new invention called the compact disc - it looked impresive!

I remember when our house got our answering machine, long before we could even imagine having cable TV. Round about the time we used to play Jaws in the swimming pool.

"Mork calling Orson. Come in Orson." - kids don't know what they missed.

Hahaha, I couldn't believe it--she tried to address it all the way across the envelope, didn't leave any space for a return address, then when it was explained to her how to write what and where, she handed it back, completely unaware it might need a stamp. When THAT was explained, she didn't know where to put the stamp. Insanity.

And I NEVER thought CD's would catch on. I thought cassettes were the end-all, be-all.
