Practically ready!
I'm super happy this evening, as i went to the comenius assistants training day today in london and got lots of resources there. I also managed to get my travel insurance in STA Travel. Make a home
I'm feeling a little less stressed today, as last night i was in contact with someone who has a room free in Vienna and i've arranged to go view the flat on Wednesday at noon.

Where do i begin? Less than a week until i leave and i feel that my head will soon expload!
Right now i feel like shit, kidney infection really hurts and i'm knackered from all the organising so i'm in bed.

Goodbyes
It was odd seeing a lot of people yesterday and saying goodbye, i felt i didn't really get a chance to speak to all of them, even though that was the point of the day. i know a lot of people didn't make it and i guess it's good that they will possibly get to see me another time and actually talka lot rather than only have a short conversation with ( Read more... ) -
Fully Booked
I'm actually booked up now, it's crazy! The only three days when i have nothing planned are the 23rd, 25th (one of which i will probably have to get a suitcase) and 27th (day before i go and i'll have to pack then.) it's a bit worrying but at least i am going to nottingham to see Adam for 16-18th and on holiday with my family 19th-21st. I went to Dan's farewell party last night, and i was feeling really sad that he's leaving for 5 years to go to america. ok so i'm not doing too badly on the whole year abroad thing.... but OMG my family are stressing me out like hell... mum keeps fussing and nagging and dad is pissing me off with his false (negative) preconceptions of student life. Woah We're Half Way There!
Actually managed to do an amazing amount today - booked flights (for going out on 28/7/07 and returning 22/12/07), did some handwashing and got more documents together. I also went to the gym and swam. I've decided which hostel i want to be in and emailed them a query before i book (will do it as soon as they reply). Getting things done...
I've finally found the courage to book some driving lessons down here, and i've one with my new instructor on sunday. So go me at being couragous. I've actually managed to do 9 out of 27 things on my 'To-do' list and i'm feeling quite good as 5 of these things still left to do are actually for Portugal/Brazil in Feburary, (so i can do them at ( Read more... ) -
Preparation or procrastination?
I created this account to travel with me. So you guys can spy and pry! I wrote a long list of all the things i have to do for the year abroad and posted it on my wall. it's pretty long.
