I think you made a great choice, less fuss is the way to go I think for your first go at home owning. Grats!

well I havn't technically made an offer yet, but I think I might. And I think so too. Plus I havn't woken up in a mad panic about this place as I did about the last one. At this point in my life I just don't want to spend all Saturday on the yard and I am way too cheap to pay someone :)
