That is so awful that is the awfullest way to lose pets. I was lucky enough to find most of my guinea pigs and rabbits dead from old age, which is a good way to go. But some got terrible diseases where they got giant growths and bashed their heads against walls and stopped eating and we literally had to watch them slowly die in agony from starvation and illness. It was so terrible. And then others ran away and never came back, so you can just imagine what happened to them...
I know how you feel (to an extent, seeing as I haven't had any pets for 2 years) you poor Nando you. I am sorry for your loss. But it's cool he at least had a good life and that's the best you could have done for him.

its prolli better for him to have a quick death than a slow diseased one.
