I say, that was very generous of the in-laws! Now there's 2 members of the family with wide screens - we upgraded a while ago (got a hard drive at the same time too) and it's been wonderful. Ramon likes coming to visit, he gets frustrated with Dad's old telly - you know how the sound has never been very good. Btw, Dad's enjoying his coffee machine, although he can't as yet get the coffee as strong as he'd like. Ram says to grind the beans as fine as you can.

You'll be happy to finally get your balcony garden back. If the beam attached to the bricks is dina-bolted on (special bolts that anchor into the brickwork, think that's how it's spelt!) then you should be safe. Good luck!
