Then instead of someone being able to wonder into any old browser and type the phrase in "beat the crunch" they need to go "Did it have hypens or not? And where?"
As for length - I would go for the book title (or variation of) rather than something else. People will remember the book.
Of course - why not the author name? charleydowney.co.uk?
The only one that is nearly ok is www.economic-growth.co.uk
You should try to keep your URLS short, snappy and meaningful (or memroable) and hyphens get confusing, unfortunately.
If you plan on writing other books, or on being the focus of the subject matter (rather than the book itself) then go with your name. Author URLs work pretty well.
You could also go with the publisher name ... though, again, you have chosen a word (Ohm) that isn't actually that easy to say and parse into type without explanation :)
If you are going to write more, and they are going to be business/advice books in the same vein you could/should stick with the 12 steps forumlae as it is snappy and gives you a brand - you could then go for something like 12stepbooks or 12stepadvice.
