GEF Hot Vs Not
OK, have bathed, slept and otherwise sorted my life out...so....
Hot:
- The 95th. If it wasn't for you guys and girls I strongly doubt I'd still be roleplaying. You were yet again whole worlds of awesome!
- Finding Clinic as a 3-dimensional character - she's starting to form.
- The nicest weather at a GEF in many years.
- Playing about in the dark, for the first time in years.
- 10 Minutes to Save the World (sorry about the water, Snowy!)
- Boris, Anya and the Faculty. Thanks for adopting the pixie!
- The 'Malicious Guild'. Thanks for the fun and the trust.
- Ice-cream.
- The trust placed by a very brave friend. Thankyou for letting me in - I won't let you down!
- Mixology with Ein Stein & Private Insurance.
- Suddenly feeling useful to the faction.
- Getting training sorted - I can has skill-set I wanted!
- Shiny new loos!
- Did I mention ice-cream?
Not:
- Mages Guild faffage.
- The temperature in the 'Trancantor's Guild' - which has nothing to do with meteorology!
- Not having the brothel there.
- Feeling sore.
- LT research faffage. I appreciate a lot of volunteers putting in a lot of time, but I finally got my research request back 24 hours after the original published time, after 4 visits to GOD (one of which took an hours' wait for paperwork I was told was 'imminent' - only to need to come back 2 hours later), and then only by scribbling notes off the plot computer because the paperwork had been lost. This system could possibly benefit from a bit of an overhaul!
- As a person with over half their character points and half their OSPs devoted to ritual magic, not being able to use the bulk of their character's abilities.
All in all, a really good event, which has definately got my keen back.
