OK, I have come to the conclusion that there's nothing that makes me want to spark up more than the thought of quitting smoking.

I really do hope this product had a good evolution last year for about 15 months ago I got what is called here a "super-smoker" in which you could do fillings tasting like cigarettes with nicotine contents from zero till 2%.
With me it never worked for 3-4 drafts were not enough for me to have the idea to have had a smoke.
But after +/- 49 years of smoking I did stop "cold-turkey" while hospitals have no smoking areas anymore.
Hope the zero nicotine works for you for I do agree: having nothing to distract your hands/mind is the worst part. (but I still do not...)

If you do, you do. I was lucky as not only was i rarely a heavy smoker but had a superb support group by living with a pharmacist.

Go you. This is cool and I think it's great that you can smoke where you want and no one can get at you about "passive smoking" etc.
