Ending was typical Nolan, but I was quite satisfied. The crowd on the other hand were like "WTF?!"
The only downside to watching though was being surrounded by both teenagers who kept talking during the thing (one girl sitting next to me was texting and kept leaving throughout the movie) and people who got lost easily (the people on my left had to constantly explain what was going on to one another).
The end actually got a sarcastic chuckle out of people in the theater, it was quite amusing.
gha, annoying teenagers. You're only allowed to talk until the previews end! And the texting, I always snatch my sister's phone away if she pulls it out to text, unless the theater is pretty much empty and the other patrons aren't close enough to see the phone-light.
Those that laughed expected as such, but since the crowd was mostly teenagers and middle-aged people...we got the WTF?!
I'd have loved to have snatched the phone but alas I couldn't. What pissed me off though was that there were three of us and we had to split up because we couldn't get to the theater in time. So I sat in the row behind my friends...and regretfully realized that the people who were sitting next to my friends could've moved down one seat to accommodate all three of us... -_-
Joseph Gordon-Levitt especially has quite the awesome style in the film. One should always look dapper in a waistcoat, tie & fitted slacks while carrying an assault rifle.
