[Tonks has been such a slacker lately. The most magic she's done in the past couple of weeks has been to change her hair color, and that doesn't even really count for her. She's an Auror, she needs to stay in practice

[And thus comes one Horatio Caine. He's got his gun practice to do. But before that...this is interesting. Multicolored flames and magic and all that. He feels the need to watch further]

[Oh, it's the Muggle policeman with the sunglasses and the strange, noisy gun that apparently puts holes in people. Grinning, she waves her wand, and then there is a rather silly hat on his head.

Oh, not really. Any fifth year at Hogwarts should be able to do that. [She pauses a little.]

It's not very realistic, is it, the dummies not moving? Not very good for combat training.

[ Well he was just taking a stroll to the barracks, not really having anything in mind, he's still getting a feel for the place in all honesty but a little self investigating never hurt. So have a headmaster/magician/alchemist wandering in to see your flames. And it wouldn't be Helios without a compliment so... ]

[Turning, she grins at the man. Hey, he's a nice-looking man! And he just complimented her spellwork!]

Tonks is it? A pleasure to meet you! I'm Helios. Ah how did you get it to change colors?

[ He indicates with a nod at the flames coming from her wand. He knows how to do fire magic just not...how to make it change colors. ]

[She shrugs a little, then puts out the flames, leaving behind an untouched dummy once more.]

It's not real fire, just a charm. I could do real fire, but it's more difficult to make it change colors, and I hate having to actually repair the damage. Not all that good at it.

Nosy Sirius is nosy....

[Sirius has been taking the time to walk around Luceti, familiarizing himself with each of the various areas. Today he's found himself at the barracks, where he's currently walking around the place and taking everything in.
