I used to be like you. I thought I knew EXACTLY what I wanted from life, and the way to get it. I burnt out. I cracked and failed all of my classes in 7th grade. But now I know who I am. And what I can do. I'm not sure what I want to be, not yet, but I know that I want to help people.
I'd take a week off. Spring break is coming up right? Take time off then. Go to a park, like brad said, watch the clouds. Go home and sleep. Do what you want, and find out who you are.
That road is long, and it is hard, but it is doable. Just, don't push yourself so hard you break.
I will not stand by and watch you do that. I can't. And I won't. Neither will your friends. Count on them. Believe in them.
Your friends give good advice, but one thing I realized coming from a high-stress society is that one cannot relax on command, it happens naturally or you learn how.
Last time I was with you we looked at yoga brocures, I don't know if you've picked it up or not, but taking time out of your day to focus on breathing, stretching and meditation is very soothing.
