Yes, more baby talk

Even though I want to talk about other things, baby stuff really is the most interesting topic of conversation for me at the moment. We are currently counting down the days to when Baby comes. My due date is 18 days away, however, Baby is engaged (i.e. his head is fixed in my pelvis, as opposed to floating), and he has turned to be in the right ( Read more... )

Hey lady, have you been doing any LARPing (day mods etc.) while you've been pregnant? If so, how active were you in it? How active have you been in general during the last months?

I played the September and October events at FA and the winter day mod. The September event I did not know for sure I was pregnant, but it was a possibility, and at hte October event I knew, but had only told the plot team. I was on plot at the time, so I had some flexibility in terms of roles. At October I pretty much just played a non-combat "peace angel", who ran around and helped the PCs out of the various jams they got into during the event, while the rest of the plot team tried to kill them all. It was fun ( ... )

thanks for the info. There's the start of a debate about pregnant women amonst the officers of my club. I figured you would be a great person to get some info from. This helps a lot. Thanks!

Another reason babies are less stressed when they are born is that they are coming into an environment they are familiar with (water) before being brought into the air. It kind of separate the trauma of the birth canal with the trauma of taking their first breath, which makes the transition a bit easier to handle ( ... )
