I think that everyone's too hard on Bart. He was 2 years old when he became Impulse and, like, four when he became KF. Wouldn't that mean that his emotional state, social maturity, and his basic view of the world in general is that of a little kid? It's a good thing, then, that Dick knows exactly what it's like to be a superhero and a little kid. I would like to read more of this, so if you can, please continue.
