Wonderful experience with her. She's very friendly, EXTREMELY patient, and reasonable when it comes to prices/payment methods etc. Excellent quality and I would definitely do a commission again.

Hi, the blouse was sent to the wrong address (my fault) and so my mom got it, and she said it's stained. I haven't seen it yet, but since stains weren't mentioned in the discription I would like at least a partial refund to pay for it to be cleaned. Thanks.

It was cleaned before it was sent out, so I'm not sure how it's stained. If you could send me pictures of the staining, I will take a look and if it is something that I failed to notice I will do a partial refund for the cost of cleaning.

My mom doesn't have a digital camera, but she said there are yellow sweat stains under the arms.

I'm sorry, but seen as I had it cleaned, I don't recall there being stains. If there are stains, I will do a partial refund, but I'm afraid I can't do anything until I have photographic evidence.
