are straps hard to adjust? can you find a friend to do it, or is it because its a special or expensive dress that you have to take it in?

no it just costs 5$ and it's professionally done so there shouldn't be any issues about them being unequal or not fitting right. i'd rather take it back and have a professional unsew it and sew it back. that's all. =)
